ASSAM: FLOOD SITUATIONS TURNING DISASTROUS IN CHARAIDEO

The Banmali Safrai link road has been destroyed by the increased water level of Disang River in Mahmora, Charaideo district. But no measures have been taken by MLA Jogen Mohan, MP Kamakhya Prasad Tasa and the District Authorities.

The Sonari-Charaideo constituency of Assam has been highly affected due to heavy flood in the region. The only road of Santipur, connecting to the other districts has also been destroyed due to the raise water level of Disang River. This is the very common problem the people have been facing since the past and also the young kids who travel to their schools through this road which is at risk.
