ASSAM GOVERNMENT TO INCREASE THE DEARNESS ALLOWANCE(DA) OF ITS EMPLOYEES TO 7%

Bihu brings in some goodies for the state employees

The government announced to enhance the Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief of the state government employees by 2% yesterday. The existing DA of the employees of 5% will be increased to 7%.

The enhanced DA of the employees will be put into effect from January,2018
