ASSAM: GREAT ACHIEVEMENT TO BODO LANGUAGE

Language is the light of the mind

The Education minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya has accepted the long standing demand and struggle for allowing Bodo students to study and write their exams up to 12th standards in Bodo language. It is a great achievement for Bodo people as many organization Like All Bodo Students Union, Bodo Sahitya Sabha had been trying hard for the establishment and recognition of the Bodo language. Further the Assam government will likely to issue a notification on this matter shortly.
