BAKSA: A man who went missing 11 days ago was found hanging along the Indo-Bhutan border in Tamulpur subdivision of Assam's Baksa district.
The deceased, identified as Bishnu Magar, had been missing on June 27, later his body was found hanging at the hill top near Bogajuli village. Shockingly, he was found hanging in a semi-decomposed state.
Reportedly, the 22 year old man went to the Menaka Tea Graden located near Darangamela along the border and since then no one heard of him.

There have been claims that the man went to meet his girlfriend secretly on the night of June 27. However, the girl's family found out about it and lashed out at Bishnu. Reportedly, they snatched his phone and warned him to go away.
However, Bishnu never reached his home. His family filed a missing person's complaint at Kumarikata Police outpost.
The Assam police carried out an investigation and recovered Bishnu's body hanging on Wednesday evening after being informed by the locals.
The deceased's family and Tea Garden Students' union have claimed it to a pre-planned murder which has been given the look of a suicide. They have demanded severe punishment for the people responsible in the death of Bishnu.
The police, so far, has arrested 4 suspects including Rajdeep Das, Bhakta Gaur, Bicky Deori and Juhal Sarkar.
A senior official of Assam on Thursday investigated the spot where the deceased's body was found. Further investigation is going on to find out whether it was a suicide or a murder.
