The Phase-II of the Lok Sabha election is about to begin in less than 15 hours. A total of 3,355,952 (more than 33 Lakh) female voters will decide the fate of the 50 candidates of the five constituencies – Nowgong, Silchar, Mangaldoi, Karimganj, and Autonomous Council.

In the constituency wise electoral roll, out of 1338005 total electors, 641,349 female electors will be deciding the fate of the candidates in Karimganj. In Silchar, out of 11,91,289 total electors, 5,77,283 female electors will be casting their votes.

Similarly, in Autonomous District, out of 795,085 total voters, 3,90,551 female voters will cast their votes. In Mangaldoi, out of 17,95,529 electors, 8,74,520 female voters will decide the fate of the candidates. In Nagaon, out of 17,90,684 electors, 8,72,249 female electors will decide the fate of its candidates.

It is to be mentioned that in Karimganj, there are 696638 male voters, and 18 transgender voters, in Silchar there are 613931 male voters and 75 transgender voters. In Autonomous District there are 404528 male voters and 6 transgender voters, in Mangaldoi there are 920977 male voters and 32 transgender voters, and in Nowgong there are 918386 male voters and 49 transgender voters.

In total, out of 6910592 voters, there are 3554460 male voters, 3355952 female voters and 180 transgender voters register in the electoral roll.
