Assam Police nabs NLFB General Secretary in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Assam Police has arrested Deepak Choudhury, general secretary of the banned outfit NLFB, in Guwahati today.

The Crime Branch of Assam police has nabbed the 32-year-old cadre from Noonmati's Salbari Hills where he was taking refuge along with various illegal goods and papers.

Following an intelligence input of the cadre entering the Kamrup metropolitan, the Crime Branch acted immediately and successfully nabbed the cadre from Guwahati.
