Assam: Police recovers Ganja, arrests two including a minor in connection

The Chirang Police on Wednesday conducted an operation and recovered

2 KG suspected  Ganja (Cannabis), 1 VIVO Mobile handset, One brown colour smoking pipe (Chillam) used to smoke ganja etc. The team also apprehended two in this connection.

Based on specific input regarding delivery of suspected ganja (cannabis) at Bortalowa village area, an operation was conducted from 10.00 A.M. onwards.

The apprehended person has been identified as Kamal Hasen Mollah from Chirang and a minor boy have been apprehended in this regard.

A case has been registered at Dhaligaon Police station and investigation is going on.
