GUWAHATI: The admit cards for the recruitment of sub-inspectors (SI) in Assam Police have officially been released by the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB), Assam. The Assam Police SI exam candidates can collect their admit cards online.
How to get the admit cards?
The admit cards are available on the official website of the SLPRB: slprbassam.in. A candidate has to log into the website, give his/her details, and he/she will get the admit cards.
The Assam Police SI Written Exam is scheduled to be held on November 22 at various examination centers in the state from 12 noon to 2 pm.
As per the prescribed guidelines, the candidates should report at the exam centre at least 2½ hours prior to the starting time of the exam i.e. they must report by 9:30 am. This rule has been imposed due to the COVID-19 protocols.
On September 20, the SI examination was held in 154 centers across the state.
The examination was cancelled 15 minutes after its commencement as the papers were supposedly leaked via social media platform WhatsApp.
Pradeep Kumar, the then principal of the State Police Recruitment Board, canceled the SI examination after learning of the incident.

The candidates appearing for the examination on September 20 will have to collect a new admit card. Admit card has been made available from 16th November onwards and Candidates can download the Admit Card online.
