The woman in question, Nasma Begum is alleged to be the mastermind behind the paper leak. Nasma’s husband Mofiz Uddin has been also arrested for questioning.</p>

<p>Nasma Begum and Mofiz Uddin both hail from Morigaon’s Moirabari in Assam. </p>
