ASSAM: RISE IN DRUG PEDDLING IN ASSAM-ARUNACHAL BORDER

According to reports there is a rise in drug peddling in the areas of Bordumsa,  Jairampur,  Jagun,  Kharsang areas of Tinsukia. Drug is easily accesible in those areas ruining the youths of the area. In a secret inspection under the aegis of Pulak Kumar, incharge of the Jagun Police arrested one Numal Pegu accused of drug smuggling from Jagun Lakla tea factory. 10 gram of brown sugar has been also been seized. The miscreant  is under the inspection of Jagun Police at present.
