Assam singer Zublee Baruah tests Positive for COVID-19

GUWAHATI: Noted songstress from Assam Zublee Baruah tested positive for the COVID-19  yesterday.

Confirming the development to InsideNE, Zublee said that she is in home isolation now and taking all the precautionary measures.

Taking to social media site Instagram she wrote, “I have been tested COVID-19 positive. Didn't really have definite symptoms, just a little cold also as I had performed among a huge crowd so tested just to be sure, moreover, didn't at all wanted to infect anybody. I am fine as of no. Feeling a little weak though, with a mild headache since morning (sic)”

The singer urged everyone who come into her contact in the past 6-7 days to get themselves tested and to take all the precautionary measures.

“All those who have met me in last 6/7 days please get yourself tested. So friends please take all precautionary measures and stay protected,” she added.

She further said, “anyone can be infected anytime, Do not just do not panic get yourself tested and do the needful. Need your blessing to recover.”
