Assam: Three minors drown in river at Gossaigaon

Three kids of a household drowned in the River at Tajpur under Tulsibil police station at Gossaigaon on Monday.

The deceased has been recognized as Yasmina Parvin age 9, Mizanur Rahman age 11, and Anowar Ali age 8.

According to reports, the kids went out of the home at around 10 AM and didn’t return home until evening.

The guardian went to seek for the kids after they recovered the clothes on the bank of the river.

The locals suspected that the kids drowned in the river while they went for taking bath.

A search operation was launched by the NDRF and recovered the body of the girl child. The bodies of the other two children have been recovered during the search operation by the NDRF yesterday night.
