Rishabh Himatsingka, Director of Mukesh Hyundai was celebrating his success party for his achievements in the region at Ganeshguri Mukesh Hyundai showroom today. In the party he forced an employee to cut the cake by holding his ears and even beaten up as a part of punishment regarding internal issues. Outraged by the act of Rishabh Himatsingka, the other employees have gone for a strike. The employee's of Mukesh Hyundai have announced that no worker shall continue to work until and unless Rishabh Himatsingka do not seek apology to the employee. This is an act of violation of the Human Rights Act of India, 1993 and the Employees’ rights. Violence over employee is intolerable. This is for the fact that all employees of an organisation have a set of reserved rights.
