In a sensational development, a youth from Assam has landed in the police dragnet after threatening to kill an Indian cricketer.
An Anti-Terrorist Squad from Maharashtra capital Mumbai apprehended the youth, who has been identified as Brajmohan Das, in Morigaon district of Assam, in July 20.
Das, who hails from Dharamtul in Morigaon district of Assam, was traced by the ATS and then apprehended after he had written to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), threatening to kill a member of the Indian Cricket Team.
A case was registered against the youth and he was subsequently arrested by the team from Mumbai.
