GUWAHATI: Assamese singer Vitali Das has breathed her last at the Kalapahar Covid-19 Hospital where she had been undergoing treatment.
Vitali Das, who tested positive for the virus on April 14, had been shifted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Covid-19 Hospital after her condition turned critical.
The artiste was later shifted to mechanical ventilation at the hospital after she developed difficulties in breathing.
According to reports, Vitali Das contracted the virus while performing during a Bihu function at Latasil playground in Guwahati.
