The ball is in AGP’s court to decide to continue the alliance or not: Himanta Biswa Sarma

Guwahati, December 31, 2018:

At the time where Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) and Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) alliance is in stake, State Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that only AGP will decide whether to continue the alliance or not.

Addressing the media, Sarma said, “I have already informed that the AGP will continue the alliance or not it is completely up to them. We did not raise any question on this regard. It is only them who keep poking on the subject of. Just in case, no question is being raise about the Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) and BJP alliance as none of the party is taking about the alliance. Therefore, it is the AGP who will reply on this.”
