BJP candidate Horensing Bey announces Criminal Cases in front of Press as per EC directive

Diphu, April 9, 2019:

As per the guideline of the Election Commission of India (ECI), BJP candidate for Autonomous District (ST) constituency Horensing Bey has announced two criminal cases which are pending against him.

This was stated by Horensing Bey in a press conference.

Bey, a former insurgent leader, said the first case pending with Chief Judicial Magistrate of Diphu vide case No.193/17 GR.447/97 PRC 90/18 in Diphu Police Station appearance under section 448/364 (A)/34 of IPC read with section 120 (B)/121(A)/122/123/368/302 of IPC.

The second case is pending with Additional District & Session Judge vide GR 115/97 S/C, 227/18 in Diphu Police Station appearance under section 448/365/34 of IPC read with section 368/364 (A)/120 (B)/121/123 IC.

Bey also addressed several press conferences to declare the criminal cases pending against him at his KAAC EM quarters at Diphu on Tuesday.

Bey will contest the upcoming Lok Sabha election from Autonomous Council Constituency on a BJP ticket.
