BJP LEADER FILES FIR AGAINST PRABAL NEOG

Guwahati, November 6, 2018:

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sudeep Deb on Tuesday lodged an FIR against United Liberation Front of Assam pro-talks leader Prabal Neog.

The FIR was filed in Hojai Police station.

Deb reportedly lodged the FIR against Prabal Neog for making provocative remarks against Bengalis.

A case has been registered vide case number 898/18 under the section 153A of the IPC (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony).
