BJP misleading people: Rockybul Hussain

Karimganj, December 7, 2018:

Congress leader Rockybul Hussain turned the gun on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)- led government claiming that the BJP is misleading the people fake promises.

Reportedly, Husain alleged that the BJP is claiming that the NRC is for the people of Assam but on the other hand they are using it to exclude the names of indigenous people of Assam.

Visiting house to house is just a stunt of the BJP’s criteria for contesting in the Panchayat elections and to check whether the candidate holds a graduation degree or has more or less than two children.

The Congress leader also pointed his gun towards the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) and said it was only during the AGP government that lakhs of illegal migrants entered the state and now their names are in the voters’ list.
