GUWAHATI: Reacting to Assam finance minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) poster boy Himanta Biswa Sarma terming Congress as the “Fake News Factory” for passing off a mock drill video from Jharkhand calling it shooting by Assam Police, Assam Pradesh youth congress termed the BJP as the Blue Janata Party.
In a tweet, it pointed out that a Karnataka BJP minister landed in a sex scandal, and a video was leaked in media on Twitter.
It has further said to minister Sarma that he talks about mock drill while his party leaders believe in actual drill.

“BJP do not have decency and respect for women across India,” it further added.
“Isn't BJP Blue Janta Party? HBS, you talk about mock drill and your BJP leaders believe in actual drill; what's this nonsense ...? You guys don't have decency and respect for women across India,” Assam Pradesh youth congress tweeted.
Karnataka Water Resources Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi has recently landed thick in the middle of a controversy when a social activist Dinesh Kallahalli released a CD of Jarkiholi, showing the latter with a woman in her 30s allegedly seeking sexual favours from her on the pretext of giving her a government job.
The allegations were a major embarrassment for the BS Yediyurappa-led BJP government.
Following the allegations of sexual harassment against him, Jarkiholi on Wednesday resigned from the state cabinet.
