The bodies of two missing youths have been recovered today in Karbi Anglong. The two deceased have been identified as Bivakar Nag and Sudip Bagchi. The two boys from Golaghat went missing on their visit to Kakochang Kaipholangso Waterfall. They were accompanied by another six boys. Their bodies were found during a search operation led by the State Disaster Response Force on Monday.

It may be mentioned that 20 year old Bivakar Nag was a talented lanky right arm medium fast bowler from Golaghat. He represented Assam in Cooch Behar trophy in the season 2019-20. He claimed 20 wickets in the season.
