ASSAM: BOY FOUND DEAD AFTER FALLING OFF FROM AN APARTMENT IN JALUKBARI

In a yet another sensational incident, on Thursday  one deceased Rupak Bora was dead after falling off from the seventh floor of an apartment named as Basera Retreat at Khanamukh, Jalukbari. According to reports,  another Prabin Gupta is seriously injured and is still under medication. It may be mentioned that the incident happened when a marble slab on the roof of the seventh-storied apartment suddenly broke and the two boys suddenly tumbled down. While Rupak Bora hails from Tezpur and the other Prabin Gupta was a regular student of Gauhati University.

It can also be noted that locals have alleged that that the low-quality construction of the apartment led to the incident. They have further demanded that the builder of the apartment should pay compensation to the families of the youth. Meanwhile the owner of the apartment Jogesh Doloi and the other residents also alleged about the low-quality construction of the apartment
