"Bodoland People's Front(BPF) party has been feared of massive defeat in the ensuing general elections to the Bodoland Territorial Council(BTC) that's why BPF leaders including party chief Hagrama Mohilary has making unsuited remarks on BTR accord",said UPPL president Pramod Boro.

President of United People's Party Liberal(UPPL) Boro has accused of BPF chief Mohilary,who was also ex BTC chief has politicised the BTR(Bodoland Territorial Region) region which was signed on 27th January last that was regarded as an inclusive solution of the Bodo issues in the history of Bodo imbroglio through the tripartite peace talks.

He said the BTR accord involved all four factions of the National Democratic Front of Boroland(NDFB),All Bodo Students Union(ABSU) and United Bodo People's Organisation(UBPO) and BJP led NDA government had initiated strong steps towards the solution of long pending issues of the Bodos.

Boro has come down heavily on Mohilary for his remarks on BTR accord,said that BPF chief has been indulging unnecessary remarks to create confuse among the common masses by making politicalise the BTR accord spirit.He said that BPF party has failed to accord any welfare and development services for the citizens in BTC region in their 17 year rule,that's why they have tactically beating unsuited words and remarks on historic BTR accord.

Boro said that the BTR accord was an inclusive for all communities in the region where many higher educational institution,cultural,language and several technical institutions are coming up through the BTR accord clauses.He said that BTR accord was much better than the BTC accord singed in 2003.

UPPL president Boro said that today Hagrama Mohilary and his BPF party couldn't reach out to the common masses due to failuring of deep development and welfare of the citizens in the BTC region.

He said that peoples in the BTC region are coming forward to vote in favour of UPPL party for Parivartan and massive welfare steps in days to coming.

Boro said that UPPL party candidates in all 40 seats in the BTC region are getting massive support and their winning are confirmed in today's juncture with clear majority.

"This time UPPL party is forming the BTC council with majority seat winning as citizens are extending massive support from all corners in the council area", Boro said.

He has informed that UPPL party has so far registered 15 lakh party members in last five years and large number of peoples are coming forward to extend support to the UPPL party.

He has emphasized building of healthy  peace and tranquility amongst the society in the BTR region.

"We are coming here to participate in the ensuing BTC council elections to pave the way healthy development and integration. We must vote to the Parivartan spirit to meet good governance in the BTC region", Boro added.
