BREAKING | Congress releases list of 4 Nominees, Bobbeeta Sharma to contest from Guwahati

Guwahati, March 29, 2019:

The Congress party has released the much-awaited list of candidates who will contest the elections in four key lower Assam Constituencies which will go to the polls in the Phase-III of the Polls on 23 April. This was confirmed in a press release of the ICC released on Friday.

From Dhubri, Abu Taher Ali Bepari will be the Congress candidate.

In Kokrajhar, former AGP member Sabda Ram Rabha will be contesting the election.

The Congress party has chosen Abdul Khaleque as the candidate from Barpeta.

Bobbeeta Sharma will be the candidate for the Congress party from Guwahati.

It had earlier been speculated that these candidates had been chosen, but the information has been corroborated by the party now.
