BREAKING | Earthquake measuring 5.5 jolts North-East

Guwahati, April 4, 2019:
In a rather alarming development, an earthquake has rocked the Northeastern region at approximately 1:17 pm on Thursday.
The medium-impact tremor was felt in across the North-East region of India. Loss of life and property is yet to be reported.
The afternoon earthquake measured 5.4 on the richter scale originated at the Myanmar-India border region. The depth of the earthquake is 60 km. It originated at 7:45 in the morning at 25.48 N and 94.48 E.
