Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) Chief Hagrama Mohilary along with his wife Sivali Mohilary cast their valuable votes at Kokrajhar at 10:00 am (approx) today. The couple cast their valuable votes at Dewargaw School in Kokrajhar.
Hagrama, addressing the press at the polling station said: "As alliance partners (with the BJP and AGP), I can say that we will win around 12 seats."

Mohilary also said that sitting MP Naba Sarania will not be a factor. "The only contest is from NDFB and ABSU, meaning UPPL. Times have changed since 2014 when Naba Sarania won. And since only Bodos will vote for UPPL, Pramila baideu will win", he said.
The total number of voters in the constituency is 17,65,411, out of which 9,00,284 are male and 8,65,126 are female electors.
