BUSINESSMAN SHOT DEAD IN ASSAM

Bussinessman Shantilal Jain was shot by two miscreants in Bijoynagar near Guwahati. Two motorcycle borne youths who came on a motorbike shot him from a close range. Though he was immediately rushed to Narayana Hospital he was declared brought dead. The complete incident was captured on CCTV camera.

The incident took place on Monday night when the miscreants shot him while the businessman was leaving for his home. Empty bullet cartridges were recovered from the spot. A huge number of enraged people came out in protest and blocked the road in NH37. Top police officials and officials from the administration visited the spot. Situation in the area is still tense leading to the death of the businessman.
