A total of 9 party members appointed for their respective countries including Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Poland, Finland, and Norway.

Apart from these members, the Party has also office-bearers and Core committee members of the Indian Overseas Congress in Europe.

In an official letter, the party informed that the appoitments have been made for a period of two years "with the responsibility to build and expand the Indian Oversees Congress Organization and insititution in the respective countries".

"In this capacity, you are expected to identify and work with qualified, capable, committed and concerned people to lead the various initiatives of the IOC,” the Congress party said.
