Dibrugarh University postpones post graduate examinations

DIBRUGARH: Dibrugarh University has postponed indefinitely its post graduation examination for both choice based credit system (CBCS) and non-CBCS scheduled for April 19 and 20, 2021.

In a statement dated April 17, controller of examination of the university A Baruah said the examinations have been postponed in all the departments and centre for studies and other affiliated colleges/ institutes of Dibrugarh University.

The rest of the examinations will be held as it was scheduled earlier. The fresh dates of the postponed examinations will be notified later on.

Although the students have been protesting against offline examination conduct in view of the COVID-19 surge across the nation, the statement has no mention of it.

No other specific reason was mention in the statement either.
