ASSAM: ONE DRUG PEDDLER APPREHENDED

In a search operation led by staff of guwahati GRPS while conducting rountine checking inside coach no A 5, seat no 52, Train no 12423 DN Rajdhani express at PF no 01 of Guwahati Railway Station recovered suspected Morphine weighing approximately 900 grams from the possession of one passenger namely Ibadul Haque (48) son of Lt. Abdul Haque resident of Katra HN KE 10, Uttar Pradesh.

During preliminary interrogation drugs were being recovered from the offender which he brought from Dimapur and was expected to deliver it at Kanpur Central. Further investigation is going on regarding the case.
