GUWAHATI: An earthquake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale jolted Assam’s Guwahati at 6.13 pm this evening.
The quake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers.

"Earthquake of Magnitude:3.7, Occurred on 03-05-2021, 18:13:08 IST, Lat: 26.74 & Long: 92.45, Depth: 10 Km ,Location: 35km WNW of Tezpur, Assam," the National Center for Seismology tweeted.
The impact of the tremor was also felt in adjoining areas, in Guwahati city.
No damages to life or property have been reported so far.
More details are awaited.
Since the 6.7 magnitude earthquake that struck Assam and its neighbouring states on April 28, causing severe property damage, killing at least two people, and injuring ten others the state have continuously been experiencing aftershocks.
