Internationally famous travel video blogger Nas Daily visited Assam’s Jorhat to meet the ‘Forest Man of India’, Jadav Payeng.
Padma Shri Jadav Payeng shared a picture of him with Nuseir Yassin and captioned it as “In Conversation with Nas Daily !!!”

56- year- old Jadav "Molai" Payeng is an environmental activist and forestry worker from Jorhat. He is popularly known as the ‘Forest Man of India’ which was named by JNU vice-chancellor Sudhir Kumar Sopory.
Over the course of several decades, he has planted and tended trees on a sandbar of the river Brahmaputra turning it into a forest reserve.

The Molai forest located near Kokilamukh of Jorhat, Assam, India and encompasses an area of about 1,360 acres is named after him.
In 2015, he was honoured with Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award in India. In the month of October 2013, he was honoured at the Indian Institute of Forest Management. He received honorary doctorate degree from Assam Agricultural University and Kaziranga University for his contributions.
The Nas Daily, owned by Nuseir Yassin, is a video blogger who created 1000 daily 1-minute videos on Facebook under the page Nas Daily. He describes himself as Palestinian-Israeli. He has since moved on to operate the Nas Daily Corporation, a video production company that uploads a single weekly video each Friday.
The Facebook page has 14 million followers and is popularly known for making short videos.
