ASSAM: HIMANTA BISWA SARMA FILES DEFAMATION SUIT AGAINST ABP GROUP

An unprecedented Rs. 100 crore defamation against ABP group is filed by the health minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma. The case is filed on the accusations made by the group on the minister in his connection with the self claimed Power Broker Anuj Poddar revealed in an operation by the name 'operation dalaal ' on the basis of a raid by the tax department.
