FIR against Shiladitya Deb by AAMSU

Guwahati, October 22, 2018:

The All Assam Minority Students’ Union (AAMSU) on Monday lodged an FIR against Hojai’s BJP MLA Shiladitya Deb for his infuriating communal remarks on bomb blast in Guwahati and demanded immediate arrest.

The FIR has been lodged at the Nagarbera Police Station by the AAMSU South Kamrup District committee. 

Just after the bomb blast in Guwahati, Deb said, “If the ULFA-I can, they should dare to plant bomb blast during Eid or Muharram in Barpeta, Dhubri and Goalpara,”

It may be mentioned that two more FIRs were lodge against the MLA for same remark in the recent past.
