The 3-time Former Assam Chief minister Tarun Gogoi is now ‘out of danger’, said the GMCH doctors after monitoring his health.

They said Mr.Tarun Gogoi’s health has improved to some extent and now he has been removed from the non-invasive ventilator.

“Now he is out of danger. However, we will keep him under observation for the next 24 hours. He spoke to his son (MP Gaurav Gogoi)” superintendant of GMCH, Abhijit Sarma said, speaking to media on Tuesday morning.

The Former Chief Minister of Assam, Tarun Gogoi complained that he had breathing problem on Sunday night, after which he was immediately shifted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of GMCH.

Earlier, He was discharged from the hospital on October 25 after which he recovered from COVID-19.

He was under treatment at GMCH for about 60 days.

He was under observation and later a team of nine doctors were doing his treatment at his residence after discharge.
