Goalpara ADC Jayanta Das commits suicide

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Goalpara district Jayanta Das committed suicide on Friday. Das was found hanging from the ceiling this morning at his official residence. His wife and son were present at home at the time of suicide.

 Das was transferred to Goalpara district as ADC during the lockdown. He was entrusted upon the duty of Adhaar cards, Sources claimed that he was mentally disturbed for quiet sometime due to unknown reason.
