Hima conferred Young Indian of the Year Award

Assam’s new track and field sensation Hima Das has been conferred the “Young Indian of the Year Award” by GQ India on Friday.
She had received the Arjuna Award from President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old athlete from Dhing in central Assam’s Nagaon district is the fifth Arjuna Award winner from Assam. She had won one gold and two silver medals at the recently-held Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.
