DHUBRI: Kamrup (rural) police raided a house in Dhubri district of Assam in the wee hours today search of a illegal areca nut mafia Triloki Nath Maurya.
The manager of Maurya, Ramakant Shah was arrested in Dhubri.
Triloki Nath Maurya is still absconded.
Kamrup (rural) police arrested illegal areca nut mafia Dinanath Maurya a few days ago along with Vikas Singh, Santosh Singh, Ramesh Kumar, etc.
The illegal areca nut nexus base is reportedly on Brahmaputra Industrial Park in North Guwahati, from where a large circle in Assam is allegedly running the nexus.

According to sources, Triloki Nath Maurya allegedly stayed in Dhubri and run the nexus.
Triloki Nath Maurya has been seriously accused of running nexus in Dhubri as well as in West Bengal and other states.
Meanwhile, Maurya purchase a flat in his wife's name at Rangali Apartment in the suburb of Dhubri where he was staying.
As per sources, the illegal areca nut mafia Triloki Nath Maurya is taken shelter in Chennai informed, Ramakant Shah manager of Triloki Nath Maurya.
