Karbi Anglong: Youth Congress protests fuel price hike

Diphu (Assam), September 5, 2018:

The Karbi Anglong district unit of Indian Youth Congress Committee (IYC) staged a protest at Diphu market on Wednesday against spiraling prices of petrol and diesel besides LPG by BJP-led government.

Terming the hike in petrol and diesel prices as “historic”, IYC Karbi Anglong district unit chief Hukursing Kro said, “The steepest fuel price hike will have cascading effects on other essential commodities. The people are suffering from the exhaustive policies of BJP government”.
