MAN ARRESTED AFTER FAILED ATTEMPTS TO RAPE A FOUR YEAR OLD- THIS TIME IN CACHAR

Now a 4 year old falls a victim to the callousness of a Private Tutor

At a time when the social stability of Assam is marred by the cases of violence and sexual assault, another case of the kind creates sensationalism in the state. It is reported that a private tutor of a 4 year old student tried to rape the minor in Cachar District.

According to sources, the miscreant named Munin Das took tuitions of the minor in her residence. He tried inflicting the assault on the minor in the absence of her guardian in the house. The attempts to rape turned futile as the victim’s mother entered the house. Both the victim and the miscreant were unframed when the victim's mother entered. The miscreant has reportedly been arrested by the Police.

Such incidents has been quivering the state time and again leading people to hopelessness.
