A massive fire broke out in Jagiroad Paper Mill

Guwahati, February 19, 2019:

A massive fire broke out at the 132 KV power house in the Jagiroad Paper Mill on Tuesday morning.

The goods and machinery worth several lakhs were destroyed in the fire.

The factory staff suspects that a short circuit could have led to the incident, however that actual reason yet to be discovered.

Several fire brigade vehicles moved to the site and it took more than two hours to completely control the flames.
