A massive landslide buried five trucks in Banderdewa along Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border.

Vehicular traffic came to a standstill on the National Highway 15 due to the landslide.

However, No casualties were reported in the incident. The occupants of the trucks managed to escaped unhurt. A road-side shop was also damaged after an electric pole fell on the shop. Local residents claim that the incident took place due to the cutting of the lower part of the hill.
