Meet the toppers of HS exam from Commerce stream

Guwahati, May 25, 2019:

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has declared the results of Higher Secondary (HS) examinations on Saturday.

In the Commerce stream, Ashim Sarkar from Vivekanand Junior College of Cachar topped the HS examinations with a score of 474 marks.

The 2nd position has been jointly secured by Nibedita Gogoi from Crescent Academy of Jorhat and Ayushi Jain from KC Das Commerce College of Kamrup(R) scoring 468 marks.

The 3rd position has been secured by Neha Agarwalla from Gauhati Commerce College, Kamrup(R) scoring 465 marks.

While, Arunabh Nath from Gauhati Commerce College, Kamrup(R) secured the 4th position by scoring 461 marks.

The 5th position has been secured by Rahul Roy from Gauhati Commerce College, Kamrup(R) scoring 460 marks.

The 6th position has been jointly secured by Tanisha Alampuria from Geetanjali Junior College of Nagaon and Ankur Baruah from RD Junior College of Tinsukia scoring 459 marks.

The 7th position has been jointly secured by Hansika Chawla from KC Das Commerce College of Kamrup(M), Harsh Golchha from Karimganj Junior College of Science of Hailakandi and Pratibha Baishya from Nalbari Commerce College of Nalbari, scoring 458 marks.

The 8th position has been jointly secured by Disha Jain from KC Das Commerce College, Kamrup(M) and Priyanshu Agarwalla, Margherita College, Tinsukia scoring 457 marks.

The 9th position has been jointly secured by Brinda Roy from Vivekanda Jr College, Cachar and Mithlesh PD Sharma from RD Junior College, Tinsukia scoring 455 marks.

The 10th position has been jointly secured by Muskaan Pachisia, Jagruti Sethia, and Ishika Agarwal, all three from KC Das Commerce College, Kamrup(M scoring 454 marks.

This year, as many as 17,797 candidates appeared for the examination and 15,589 cleared their examination in the Commerce stream.
