NC Hills Council polls by November: Ranjit Kumar

Haflong (Assam), September 27, 2018:

BJP Assam unit chief Ranjit Kumar Dass on Thursday said election to the North Cachar Hills District Autonomous Council would be held in November this year.

Dass said there would be no further extension of the term of the council. Earlier, the council’s term was extended for six months and it expired on June 3.
