Nowgong ex-MLA Durlav Chamua resigns from Congress

NAGAON: Congress leader and also a former Nagaon legislator Durlav Chamua has resigned from the party today.

According to reports, Chamua will formally join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Nagaon today evening.

Chamua’s resignation comes after he was denied a poll ticket from the party this time.
