Old BJP being kicked out by 'dui-numberi' BJP members like Himanta, Sarbananda: Tarun Gogoi

Former Chief Minister of Assam, Tarun Gogoi on Monday said that the wind of this election is in favor of the Congress party. He said, “The BJP has not given tickets to many MPs because of their doubt. They have proved the incapability of their leaders by not giving tickets.”

Addressing the media, Tarun Gogoi added, “Sarbananda Sonowal, Himanta Biswa Sarma and Chandra Mohan Patowary did form the BJP government. They are all ‘dui nambari BJP’ and they have kicked out all the ‘Ek nambari BJP’ from the party. According to my astrological calendar, the good days of Himanta are yet to come. Amit Shah can contest from Gandhinagar but Himanta can’t. Sarbananda Sonowal is smart enough; Himanta was able to betray me but not Sarbananda. Today, leaders like L K Advani have no value in BJP. The internal fights of the BJP are not only in Assam, but it is also in the entire country.”

Gogoi further added, “AIUDF is getting weak that is why they have given tickets for only three constituencies. There are no plans of the Congress to move into an alliance with AIUDF.”
