The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has prepared a list of more than 60 most wanted underground militants of the country. The list features the name of United Liberation Front of Asom (Independent) C-in-C Paresh Baruah. Isak Sumi of National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Khaplang) also features in the list.
