PM Modi to sound poll bugle at Assam today

As the battle for the Lok Sabha elections has begun, the campaigning frenzy in Assam has reached its peak in Assam.

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting the state of Assa. He will address a public rally at Moran at 12:50 pm and another rally at Gohpur at 2:50 pm. At Moran, Modi will campaign for the BJP’s Dibrugarh candidate, Rameswar Teli and at Gohpur, he will campaign for Tezpur nominee, Pallab Lochan Das.

Narendra Modi will be accompanied by Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, State BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass, and other leaders.

It is to be mentioned on Thursday, BJP national president Amit Shah visited Kaliabor Lok Sabha Constituency and Jorhat Lok Sabha Constituency of Assam for the party candidate Topon Kumar Gogoi from Jorhat and it's allied party candidate Moni Madhav Mahanta in Kaliabor.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has reached Aalo in Arunachal Pradesh where he is being joined by Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju.
