Prime accused of SI exam scam PK Dutta to be arrested soon: GP Singh

Former Assam Police Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Prasanta Kumar Dutta is likely to be arrested soon. It has been suspected that P K Dutta has been taking shelter in Nepal. Dutta is one of the main accused in Assam Police sub-inspector (SI) exam scam.

Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), law and order GP Singh said that the accused would be arrested soon wherever has been hiding.

The police on Saturday arrested two other associates of Dutta from Dibrugarh.

The investigation team also carried out search operations in Nalbari and Barpeta.
