The Chairman of the pro-talks ULFA faction, Arabinda Rajkhowa, has alleged that the Central government has been wasting the time with aimless discussion on peace talks with the United Liberation Front of Asom.
According to reports, Rajkhowa said that the government’s “dilly-dallying” approach has been forcing the faction to revive negative mindset.
He mentioned that the ULFA is not an anti-Bengal outfit. According to Rajkhowa, the government is maintaining its divide and rule policy and he has threatened to go back again if the government do not take necessary steps for the rehabilitation of surrendered militants.
